I enjoy catching up with friends, walking, especially in the bush or by the beach, cycling, swimming, SCUBA diving and snorkeling, gardening, going out or eating in. In the warmer months I'll be by the sea or in it.

I enjoy my career self-employed, as a trainer, therapist and coach. I've been developing a new process that has evolved from my work with EFT, NLP and Hypnosis called Alpha RePatterning and have been running workshops here, in the UK and USA.
