Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als

Lover of the sea and all it has to offer. Not into bar scenes or game playing. Live aboard my own sailing vessel in one of the nicer marinas in St. Petersburg. Live aboard because I want to, not because I have to. My philosophy is somewhat summed up in the Sterling Hayden quote from his autobiography, "Wanderer": "What does a man need – really need? A few pounds of food each day, heat and shelter, six feet to lie down in – and some form of working activity that will yield a sense of accomplishment." Left the corporate world after almost 20 years and am now semi-retired. Now work a non-stressful job 4 days on and 4 days off. Aside from weekly volunteering at a local hospital, my time is my own. Seeking a friend/companion with similar interests. Much like others on these sites, I am searching for my final 1st. date and hopefully, my last wife. I m a believer and if you are also, you'll understand when I say, "I do not believe in being unequally yoked". She should be physically fit. Like so many others, the chemistry has to be there, otherwise we'll just be good friends or like brother/sister. I prefer average and curvy (sometime can be a few extra pounds). Thin with curves is OK. Thin to skinny or BBW types do not appeal. Sorry ladies, I do not mean to offend, but I'm just not wired that way. By the way, if your description of your ideal companion includes a prerequisite monetary level of any amount, please pass me by. Not that I don.t qualify, but we, obviously, have different priorities. To those to whom the former applies, I wish you well on your search.
