New Portland after driving 3000 miles from Florida on October 2014. If you have never driven across the country, I highly recommend it. An awesome and enlightening experience to say the least. So about me... I guess I would describe myself as a quirky yet serious over thinker who tries to balance the serious out with large doses of sarcasm and humor. As far as humor goes the dryer and darker the better! If you're not into laughing at yourself and do not get sarcastic jokes then I am not sure if you will get me, but you never know. The people I truly connect with tend to be fun, spontaneous, quirky, witty, creative/artsy and have an adventurous spirit. I work in the Wine & Spirits industry, use to be a chef, and used to promote live music and art events back home in the Tampa Bay area. Very social person here and I enjoy being out and about checking out live music venues and or art shows, yet also enjoy staying in and relaxing watching Hulu and Netflix while enjoying a craft beer or a glass of wine. I am obsessed with music and talk about it often. I am a bit of a nerd at heart and can spend long hours talking about string theory (Quantum Physics) and evolutionary psychology yet can be just as happy sitting around trading bad jokes for a laugh or two. I use to be an Atheist years ago, however now I am very much into Eastern Philosophy and Buddhism and a combo of several different belief systems. Looking to meet new people here in the Portland area who has similar interests.
