I am soon to be 63. Was married 35 yrs and realized I never got any respect. I’m stronger now, learned my lessons. I’m a retired RN, have my own little small business, which is fun. Looking for someone who can be my best friend and respect me for who I am. Looks are not as important as good hygiene and a caring personality. Spiritual but not into formal religion. In other words, I believe in God and multiple paths to God.
I enjoy the outdoors, would love to learn how to do a little woodworking and love animals. Would love some one who shares similar interests. Like to camp? I haven’t been but always wanted to give it a go. Hiking is fun, boating, I might even be willing to learn how to play golf. Biking was something I enjoyed as a kid and wouldn’t mind getting back into.
Traveling would be great…would love to visit the national parks.
I’m still in great health and plan to do things to help me stay that way! I don’t smoke or use marijuana or other drugs and prefer my partner is the same. Social drinker, responsibly. I keep a reasonably clean home, but I’m not a super clean freak. I like to cook some, but not a chef. I like to do projects at home to improve my home when I can.
I live in Washington IL but make frequent trips to both Bloomington and the quad cities. Bloomington is where I have a daughter and the quad cities has a chunk of my business. Currently going to Bloomington a couple days a week and the Quad Cities a couple times a month.
