Laughter is my best medicine. I’ve been gifted with my health and appreciate the simplest of things, specifically nature. I am far from the beautiful bodies of a vogue magazine, but I have an elliptical which I use to exercise and not as a clothes hanger. I miss the days of hiking deep into the mountains of beautiful British Columbia.
