A little about me. I am a very active person and I do my best to stay fit by spinning, kick boxing, weight training, running, hiking, and anything else I can do to keep myself moving. For fun I like to travel, cook, dance, listen to good music (blues, rock) bike, shop for bargains, enjoy a good meal and conversation, also love to drink good coffee (the Kona coffee is fantastic here!) and a lot more. Now that I am near the beach, I want to take surfing lessons and maybe stand-up paddle.

Recently finalized my a divorce, do I have regrets, sure...never intended to get a divorce, but it was the best thing for both of us. The little I have learned in my life is that each relationship, encounter, experience with another person becomes part of you. No one is perfect, but every person has unique qualities, something that attracted you, a part of them that made you stop and take notice, a conversation that touched you, or an intimate moment you shared. Take the positive elements with you from these encounters, learn from them, and move on with your life looking forward.
